Tony; We live twenty minutes from Evansville and 45 minutes from Uebelhor Toyota, in Jasper. We purchased a 2009 Toyota Corolla in 2008 from Uebelhor’s and dealt with Dan Walker who we highly recommend. When it came time to purchase our next new vehicle we contacted Uebelhor’s first. We knew what we wanted but it was a little out of our price range. I sent an inquiry around 9:00 PM asking for a bottom price for a 2016 Toyota RAV4 XLE AWD with convenience package. Ron Gooding responded and had the “walk out the door” cash price within a half an hour and the price was lower than the retail price. We were happy to know they had three in stock and two were colors we liked. Ron Gooding let us look at the two different colors and I fell in love with the Electric storm blue. We test drove it and loved it. Ron understood our budget and our needs and gave us a GREAT deal. We traded in a vehicle, put money down and got our monthly payment right where we wanted. Ron went over any questions we had and took extra time to go over all the features of our new RAV4 XLE AWD. He was very informative and really knew this vehicle and stayed at the dealership way after closing time to make sure we were satisfied and understood everything. Ron is very committed to being honest, understanding and satisfying his customers. I would highly recommend Uebelhor Toyota and Ron Gooding to all future Toyota buyers. Tony: We came up Monday June 15, 2015, to look at the new Sienna vans and the City Express vans. Our salesman was Ryan and he was very accommodating to our needs. After looking at the new Sienna vans we decided that the new seats in the second row would not work for our needs. Our son is in a wheelchair and the new seats are about 2 1/2 inches higher than the front seat or the seats in our current Sienna van which would require more lifting on my wife’s part. Because of Ryan's helpfulness on Monday I called him Tuesday about getting a City Express van, on Tuesday, which he quickly made happen. I was at your dealership about 1 hour before leaving with my new van. I’ve told about everybody I know about dealing with your business over the years. I bought my 2008 Highlander from Uebelhor’s and it’s worth the drive (a little over an hour) to get an honest price without all the Hassle. Nathan, Good afternoon. I hope all is well. I just wanted to send a quick note about our recent purchase of our 2015 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Just like when we bought our 2011 Toyota Sienna, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! I wanted to commend Chris Underwood. He worked VERY hard to find us the exact vehicle we were looking for. After several unsuccessful attempts to get another dealership to release a vehicle (not his fault), Chris ordered our vehicle from the factory. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. My husband and I purchased a pre-owned 2010 4-Runner in February, 2012, from Nathan Keusch. He was great to work with and bent over backwords to service our needs. Last week, I left a gallon of milk in that vehicle for 3 days and was unable to remove the smell. We called Nathan to see if there was anything he could do. He picked our 4-Runner up on Monday, May 7 and the service dept was able to remove the smell and have our vehicle back to us by Wed May 9. While the service dept was working on our vehicle they allowed us to borrow a Sienna so we would have transportation. When having an automotive problem I generally feel like the “little dog” calling on help from a “big dog”- but not with Uebelhor & Sons Toyota. When I got in from work last night my wife was frantic- her 2007 Toyota Camry would not even turn over when she tried to start it. First of all I’m in no way a mechanic. The post connections were both corroded and the positive clamp was almost eaten thru. I took the battery out and went to a local automotive supply and got new connections and had the battery checked. It was bad. I went back home put the new battery in, cleaned up the posts, put new connections on and was expecting the car to start- not ! Then thinking that maybe the battery had not been charged, put it on a charger- thought it would start this morning- not ! By this time I was thinking “computer”, tow truck, expense…but called over to your service department and had the pleasure of meeting Josh Evans. He made me feel like the “big dog”- the pit bull ( oh me ) in the front of the car. He listened to a very inept “mechanic”. He was so nice. First of all he eased my mind by saying that it didn’t sound like a computer problem, but more like a loose connection. He told me what to get (spray for the posts & connections and brushes. I came back, followed his instructions- and vroom !

My pick up truck started making a thump, thump sound, them some grinding. I called & Grant Winchell said he could get it in "today". I said great I'll be there in 45 minutes. When I arrived James Lindsay took it for a quick drive and said it was a wheel bearing. I just purchased a used 2008 Ford Taurus online from Uebelhor & Sons Chevrolet in Jasper, Indiana. I had the pleasure of dealing with Christopher Tegus McBride, "a true Irishman". From the time that I initially talked with Mr. McBride, I sensed a feeling of honesty and compassion. These qualities are very rare in today's automobile sales world. After asking some questions about the Taurus and the price, we were able to come to a win-win situation, which included the sale price and delivery of the vehicle, some 400 miles away. The Taurus was delivered to me on the day that had been promised. When the car arrived, I began checking it over, test driving it and asking the driver how it had handled for him. Today around 9:30 am I had the misfortune of driving over wet yellow road paint. I was in a very long line of vehicles behind a painting crew. I noticed that everyone was passing when possible so I did the same. Unfortunately, my Terrain was sprayed on the left side. I didn't even notice the paint until my friend pointed it out to me about two hours later. I quickly rushed to your Collision Center for any advice they could give before I went home. (I really didn't want my husband to be upset) Two gentlemen, Randy Seifert and Jeff Petry didn't just give me advice, they took 30 minutes of their time to help me clean it off. Jeff even scraped the inside of the wheel wells. Between the three of us, the Terrain looks pretty clean--Randy suggested that I put a coat of wax on and then buff it. I just want to compliment you on your fine staff. This occurred at noon today--it was hot and humid. Yet, Randy and Jeff worked quickly and got the job done. When I offered to pay for their time, they both said it was no problem and refused any payment. Very often I turn off the TV because there is only bad news. Today because of the kindness of these gentlemen I feel a bit more optimistic.

In this day of watching every penny, my wife and I found a way to get that "new car" feeling for less than $480.00 from our favorite dealership, Uebelhor Toyota in Jasper, Indiana. When you read about this you're going to say, 'yeah right, you're just saying this to get something.' But I assure you, there are no financial incentives to put this out there. No 'click here' links for an affiliate site. Nothing. We took our 2009 Toyota Camry in for new tires, May 23rd. We took advantage of the 'buy 3 get one for $1 special and got 4 Yokohama tires with a 4 wheel alignment for just under $480.00. My wife and I drove separately to the dealership, so when she left in the Camry, she said that she would let me know how the new tires help the car. She called me as she was driving home and reported: 'There's no more shimmy in the steering wheel & no shaking. When I went over the railroad tracks (on Clay Street), you couldn't even feel it compared to before.' She was amazed. And, you have to know my wife. She's normally not impressed with little things like this. We are surprised at the difference that these new tires make in the ride and handling of our treasured Camry that we couldn't keep silent about it. Yes, for less than $480.00 we got a 'new car' at Uebelhor & Sons. Just another reason why we are so loyal to our dealership. Great vehicles, great service and products. And, great people, too. We've sent people there in the past and will continue to do so. We love our Uebelhor & Sons cars!
